Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive

Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive is a ready mixed tile cement specially formulated for use in high temperature conditions where ordinary tile cements are inadequate for the long term retention of tiles. Ready-mixed tile adhesive is used for fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures, such as fire surrounds, behind boilers, cookers and radiators. Suitable for fixing fibre rope seals to heater doors. Resistant to 1000°C. Product should be used only in internal applications. For external usage use Vitcas HB60. For grouting, we recommend VITCAS Heat Resistant Tile Grout. The product is also available in an easy-to-use 310 ml cartridge.

Key Applications of ready-mixed tile cement

Standard tile cements are not designed for high temperatures. If you plan to install your own wood burning stove (or any stoves that require good insulation), you need to apply the tiles with proper heat resistant products.
