Heat resistant glue for ovens, fireplaces and other high-temperature applications
Heat resistant adhesives for fixing:
- vermiculite boards,
- ceramic fibre boards,
- fireplace construction boards,
- tiles,
- heat accumulation boards.
Some of the adhesives are designed for thin application beds of approximately 3 mm and are suitable for bonding metal to metal, ceramic to metal, and ceramic to masonry. Other adhesives in the range can be applied in thicker layers, making them ideal for uneven surfaces and gap-filling applications. In general, high-temperature adhesives that bond to metal are not recommended for outdoor use, while other types in the range are suitable for both interior and exterior environments.

Vitcas PVA, HT Boards Adhesive Sealer, is used on surfaces, tiles and fire boards prior to the application of Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive, Heat Resistant Plaster and Fireplace Render.
Rapid Setting Heat Resistant Adhesive - Vitcas HB10
VITCAS®HB10 is a rapid setting dry powder mix for fixing tiles, tiled stoves & heat accumulation fireboards. Rapid setting time makes it easy to use. Rates to 750oC.
Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive
Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive is a ready-mixed adhesive for fixing tiles in high-temperature indoor environments, where long-lasting heat retention is essential. Heat resistant up to 1000°C.
Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive - 310 ml
Vitcas®Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive is in cartridge packaging for easy use. Ready-mixed tile cement for high temperatures where ordinary tile cements are inadequate for the long term retention of tiles.
Heat Resistant Tile Grout
Vitcas®Heat Resistant Tile Grout is for grouting tiles in high temperature conditions. To be used in conjunction with Vitcas® Heat Resistant Tile Adhesive. Resistant up to temperatures reaching 1000oC.
