Concentrated Internal Leak Sealer

Seals internal micro-leaks in fully indirect heating systems

Vitcas Concentrated Internal Leak Sealer is a fast-acting, high-performance sealing solution designed for use in sealed or open-vented fully indirect central heating systems. Formulated for industrial and domestic maintenance applications, it targets and seals small, inaccessible internal leaks in pipework, radiators, boiler heat exchangers, and fittings-without the need to drain the system. This powerful leak sealer circulates with the system water and is activated upon contact with air, oxygen, or pressure loss at the site of the leak. It forms a durable internal seal, minimising downtime and costly system repairs.

Ideal for preventative maintenance or emergency intervention

Vitcas Internal Leak Sealer is suitable for treating micro-leaks and weeping joints caused by corrosion, thermal movement, or poor sealing. It is especially valuable in systems where full drain-down is impractical or disruptive, such as commercial buildings, schools, care facilities, or multi-zone systems. The concentrated formulation is compatible with all common system materials and works in conjunction with other Vitcas central heating treatment products.

Key features:

  • Seals internal leaks - Targets micro-leaks in radiators, joints, pipework, and heat exchangers
  • No system drainage required - Sealing action takes place while the system remains operational
  • Oxygen-activated formula - Forms a lasting seal upon exposure to air at the leak site
  • Minimises system downtime - Ideal for use in high-dependency or continuous-heating environments
  • Compatible with common materials - Safe for use with aluminium, copper, steel, brass, and plastics
  • Prevents pressure loss - Maintains system pressure and reduces boiler lockout risk
  • Supports long-term system protection - Use alongside Vitcas® Inhibitor for extended reliability
