Plastic mouldable refractories
VITPLAST 45AB
A refractory plastic mouldable with excellent adhesion, specifically designed for rapid repairs to brick and monolithic linings. It can be installed using a pneumatic hammer or hand ramming, making it ideal for maintenance applications where quick reinstatement of refractory integrity is required.
Examples of Applications: Used in foundry ladles, launders, boiler lining repairs, and marine boilers, particularly where high temperatures, mechanical stress, and thermal cycling are present.

VITPLAST 85P - Chemically Bonded
A chemically bonded, high alumina refractory plastic mouldable that is easy to ram, exhibits low shrinkage, and delivers excellent stability at high temperatures. Designed for demanding thermal applications where reliable performance and dimensional integrity are essential.
Examples of Applications: Used for capping and spouts in electric induction furnaces, where thermal resistance, mechanical strength, and ease of installation are critical.
