Vitcas® Sealing & Luting Compounds are engineered for precision sealing and masking in high-temperature industrial processes, including the casting and relining of white metal bearings. These products are designed to prevent the ingress of molten metal into unwanted areas, ensuring clean, controlled castings and easy post-processing.
The flagship product in this category, Vitcas® Premium 1P, is a high-temperature sealing compound developed specifically for stopping off areas during centrifugal or static casting of white metal. With a maximum service temperature of 1400°C (2550°F), Premium 1P effectively blocks areas such as bearing bases, header rings, oil holes, and dowel holes, setting hard under heat and resisting attack from molten white metal.
