Rapid Setting Heat Resistant Adhesive - Vitcas HB10
VITCAS® HB10 is a hydraulic bonded, rapid setting, heat resistant adhesive for use in fireplaces, stoves, tiled stoves and heat storage construction in both indoor and outdoor applications. Perfect for joining prefabricated elements or single tiles. Suitable for joining external constructions with or without air gaps. Minimal setting time makes it easier to use.
Rapid setting adhesive VITCAS® HB10 has high heat accumulation properties – especially recommended for joining replace elements which hold and then return the heat. Ideal for loading onto the tiles thickly and when dry it has high strength.
Heat-resistant to 750 oC
Application:
Rapid-set adhesive mixed with cold tap water. For 1 kg of material should be mixed with 200 ml of water. Due to fast setting time, the product should be mixed in sufficient quantity for one-time use. Joined materials must be clean, free of dust and dry. The actual adhesive setting time depends on the amount of water added and the ambient temperature.
