Standard dense refractory castable
VITCAST 1200AR & Gun Mix
An abrasion-resistant refractory castable rated for service temperatures up to 1200°C. It forms a glassy, hard-wearing surface that is also resistant to moisture, making it suitable for applications where durability and environmental exposure are factors.
Examples of Applications: Used in kiln cars, ash hoppers, boilers, furnace linings, incinerator floors, cyclone separators, dust collection units, and other areas exposed to mechanical wear, thermal cycling, or gas stream abrasion.
