VITCAST 1400STD & Gun Mix

Firebrick based, dense, hydraulically bonded refractory castable for general purpose use at temperatures up to 1400°C.

Examples of Applications: 

Used in kiln car bases, the so called ‘brick arch’ in boilers and as a protection for floors and walls where high temperature processes are being carried out.

VITCAST 1550STD & Gun Mix

Bauxite based, dense, hydraulically bonded castable which has a high strength and abrasion resistance for temperatures up to 1550°C.

Examples of Applications:

Used in a range of applications in iron and steel, foundries and boilers in vulnerable areas such as doors, sills and lintels, where strength and abrasion resistance is important.
